PABLO FRANCIS GÓMEZ
Pablo has more than 40 years of professional experience, including over 20 years in Executive Search and extensive experience as an entrepreneur and business leader.
He has held senior leadership positions at companies such as Kellogg and Mabe, where he served as Global CHRO of Mabe/GE, leading the Human Resources function globally.
Pablo led the Executive Search firm Amrop for 20 years and subsequently served as a Senior Partner at WTA.
He is currently the Principal Partner of Blue Leaders, an Executive Search firm where he focuses on identifying and developing top executive talent. He also works as a Consultant in Culture and Talent and serves as a Board Member of several companies.
PRISCILA FRANCIS ZAVALA
Priscila started her career in marketing, working since 2010 in multinational companies such as Sanofi, Danone, Nestlé and Mattel. She also worked at The Nielsen Company, providing consultancies to mass consumption companies. Her skills allowed her to implement strategic plans for leading brands in the industry.
She currently works as a Partner for Blue Leaders Search, providing all her talent to meet client needs in any business sector.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Management from the Universidad Iberoamericana.
